The employment relationship, including hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision, is solely managed by the franchisee, ensuring direct and responsive management at the local level.

The position available is for a Shift Manager, a critical leadership role within this fast-paced and customer-focused environment. As a Shift Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing and leading the crew and other managers during your shifts to ensure that every customer enjoys a fast, friendly, and accurate service experience. This role is about driving operational excellence through quality, service, cleanliness, and safety to maintain McDonald’s standards consistently.
