  • plan and lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • monitor team performance and take action to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • oversee food safety protocols
  • manage internal communication between shifts
  • handle inventory management
  • conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness checks
  • manage crew schedules and training
  • ensure safety and security of the restaurant
  • meet operational and financial targets during shifts
