Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for shifts and monitor performance to ensure standards
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
- communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handover
- manage food safety and quality food production
- oversee internal communication and inventory management
- ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew scheduling and training
- deliver exceptional customer service
- maintain safety and security protocols
