Job Requirements
- Must have minimum two years in security fields, preferably in hospitality industry
- must have valid California driver’s license
- must possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of safety practices in the workplace preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- computer skills including typing and word processing
- must be able to communicate with diverse team of employees and homeowners
- must be able to work with minimal supervision and proactive in problem solving
- well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor
- must be able to work while standing or walking for majority of the shift
- must be able to lift 20 pounds regularly
- must meet physical standards necessary to perform essential duties.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in security, preferably in hospitality
- valid California driver’s license
- current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- knowledge of workplace safety practices preferred

Job Duties
- Adhere and enforce security policy and procedures and Four Seasons safety guidelines
- respond promptly to all types of emergencies
- lead on security and safety issues occurring in the building
- complete detailed incident and injury reports for residents, employees, and visitors
- investigate and document all property and vehicle damage around the property
- complete daily logs for upcoming shifts
- patrol residences using the Tour Guard Patrol tool
- communicate professionally using two-way radios
- flexibly work any shift including weekends and holidays
- handle resident interactions with professionalism and hospitality
- resolve resident complaints and assist with inquiries regarding common area services and a la carte requests
- process and manage packages, faxes, messages, mail, and coordinate vehicle retrieval for residents
- manage building access for vendors, contractors, service providers, and visitors with proper authorization
- update homeowner profiles with relevant information
- input special arrangements in software systems and coordinate with service providers for billing
- monitor fire alarm panel and respond to emergency situations by facilitating access for emergency personnel
- coordinate booking of service elevators and loading docks for moves
- comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures
- act as security and engineering supervisor on duty and participate in emergency response team
- assist Public Area Attendants during their absence or high volume periods
- ensure residential lobby cleanliness and tidiness
- assist residents with parking, deliveries, luggage, and additional doorman tasks
- bill third party vendors for engineering services
- review and report pool maintenance and daily mechanical equipment inspections and address issues
- perform other tasks or special projects assigned by management.
