Officers will also be expected to engage frequently with client employees and visitors, using strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations as necessary.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record required
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Customer service background preferred
- Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
Job Duties
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
