The role of Security Officer/Concierge at The Delaney at The Vale is a unique blend of hospitality, security, and service. This position is a part-time, overnight opportunity scheduled for weekends from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, offering an hourly wage ranging from $21 to $24. As a Security Officer/Concierge, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and overall comfort of residents during the overnight hours. This combined role requires vigilance in monitoring the premises through patrols and surveillance systems while also providing concierge assistance such as greeting residents and visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting residents with minor needs. Additionally, light housekeeping duties like trash removal and vacuuming are integrated into the role to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
