This esteemed hotel brand is powered by a diverse and talented team of individuals devoted to excellence and continuous improvement. The company culture is centered on respect, kindness, and creating a world-class employee and guest experience. Four Seasons believes that every interaction—whether with guests, residents, or partners—should leave a lasting, positive impression, reflecting the belief that life is richer when people truly connect with each other and their surroundings.

Located in Seattle, Washington, the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle offers a sleek urban retreat nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. The hotel is uniquely positioned amidst stunning natural beauty, surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks, deep-blue waters, and vast evergreen forests. Positioned in downtown Seattle, the hotel is walking distance from prominent attractions such as the Seattle Art Museum, Pike Place Market, and Elliott Bay. Seattle itself is a city that perfectly blends trendy urban living with wild natural landscapes, offering guests a multitude of recreational and cultural activities—from craft breweries and eclectic neighborhoods to hiking Mount Rainier and kayaking on Lake Union.

The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is currently seeking an Overnight Room Service Server who shares the company’s passion for excellence and the art of outstanding service. This role is integral to the hotel’s dynamic team, as the server plays a critical part in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to guests, ensuring that all food and beverage orders meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Reporting to the Room Service Manager, the Overnight Room Service Server will monitor orders, deliver food and beverages swiftly and accurately, and attend to any special requests or needs to exceed guest expectations.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while responding promptly to concerns or requests. The role also requires multitasking and efficient prioritization of in-room service deliveries. Previous experience with hotel operating systems such as Opera, Micros POS, and Hotsos is preferred, as is prior room service or serving experience. Flexibility for working overnight, morning, and night shifts is necessary, as well as proper certification such as a Food Handler's Permit and Mixologist Permit.

This position offers competitive compensation starting at $21.30 per hour plus applicable service charge percentages. Four Seasons Hotel Seattle provides comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K retirement savings with employer match, complimentary room nights, and discounted rates. Additional perks include complimentary meals in an employee cafeteria, onsite parking, uniform care and dry cleaning, employee assistance programs, well-being investments, paid parental leave and short-term disability, life insurance, bereavement and jury duty pay, various leave options, tuition reimbursement, and continuous training and development opportunities.

Joining Four Seasons Hotel Seattle means becoming a part of an award-winning team dedicated to delivering unmatched guest experiences while celebrating diversity and inclusivity. The hotel encourages applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, aligning with its ethos as an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to grow their hospitality career and contribute to creating lifelong impressions for guests from all over the world.
