At Towne Park, your role goes beyond just a job — it is a chance to make meaningful contributions to the lives of others every day. Employees have the opportunity to brighten someone else’s day, whether by easing the anxiety of patients and their families, assisting guests with their needs in new cities, or supporting fellow team members. This spirit of genuine care and exceptional service forms the core of Towne Park’s mission.
The position available is that of a Guest Service Associate, a vital role within the hospitality services team. This hourly role offers a competitive base pay of $15.45 plus tips ranging from $18 to $19 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. The work schedule for this position is designed to accommodate business volumes, with a night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. This makes the role ideal for candidates seeking overnight employment hours.
The Guest Service Associate is primarily responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests. Key duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles carefully and promptly, assisting with bell services and luggage handling, delivering messages and guest amenities, and offering guests assistance with directions, reservations, and information about the local area and facility amenities. The role demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain safety and quality standards throughout all interactions.
Towne Park supports its employees with comprehensive benefits options that include accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and enrollment in a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility for these benefits depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. While seasonal and temporary roles may not be eligible for benefits, the company endeavors to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment for regular employees.
Occupational safety, physical demands, and reasonable accommodation policies are also integral to the work environment at Towne Park. Guest Service Associates must be physically capable of performing essential functions, including standing for long periods, handling objects and luggage, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds. The majority of work is conducted outdoors, exposing employees to varying weather conditions, which the company seeks to mitigate where possible.

Every guest interaction is an opportunity to deliver exceptional service, make an impact, and contribute to a culture of excellence and kindness. Towne Park values its team members and offers a dynamic workplace that fosters growth, respect, and a strong sense of community.
