The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is currently seeking an Overnight Residential Concierge to join their team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to be the first and last point of contact for residents and guests in a residential hotel setting, embodying the Four Seasons Culture Standards. The role focuses on delivering impeccable service by providing orientations to new residents and guests, managing parcel handling efficiently, and responding promptly to any requests. The Overnight Residential Concierge plays a vital role in maintaining the comfort and convenience of residents, handling a variety of duties including coordination during move-ins and move-outs, facilitating construction-related requests, and overseeing communications within the residential community.
The ideal candidate will be a professional with a courteous demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of the residents. Job Qualifications
- Professional and courteous attitude
- ability to keep senior management well informed of any resident problems or complaints and actions taken
- ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with residents, employees and outside contacts
Job Duties
- Provide information regarding hotel events, outlets and amenities
- answer telephones at the residences concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums
- perform any special projects deemed necessary by direct supervisor/concierge or the Residential Office Manager
- properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes
- know activities available in the city and establish contacts for providing information, ticketing, reservations for residents
- recite all hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, hotel policies
- work closely with valet parking staff to ensure smooth handling of residents and patron vehicles
- work closely with Residence Pages to ensure smooth handling of resident luggage, packages, message delivery and/or special requests
- use hotel computer system and phone system
