The Concierge role at The Harris and The Quinn offers an exceptional opportunity to be a pivotal part of this inspiring environment. As a Concierge, you will serve as the welcoming face of one of RMC's premium residential communities, responsible for delivering polished, warm, and reliable service that sets the tone for every resident’s and guest’s experience. This position operates from Thursday through Sunday, covering night shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, encompassing 32 hours per week. With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24, the role also offers discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, making it both professionally rewarding and financially attractive.

The position demands a passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining composure under pressure, ensuring that residents and guests receive top-tier assistance and feel genuinely valued. Responsibilities span welcoming residents and visitors with professionalism, managing deliveries and visitor logs with meticulous care, supporting leasing tours and resident events with a refined front desk presence, and maintaining a calm, clean, and inviting lobby atmosphere. The role also entails monitoring security and access controls, including surveillance systems and vendor activity, to uphold safety and privacy standards.

Beyond administrative and security duties, the Concierge aids in package and amenity management using digital tools, supports move-in and move-out processes, and acts as a helpful guide for prospective residents. The position involves being a community connector by sharing local tips, maintaining bulletin boards, and personalizing service based on resident preferences. In emergency situations, the Concierge must demonstrate calm, effective problem-solving skills and act swiftly to resolve service issues or escalate when necessary.

Teamwork and professionalism are fundamental to success in this role, involving participation in daily briefings, maintaining the front desk’s organization, and embracing special assignments. This role not only demands technical skills such as proficiency in basic digital systems, CRM platforms, and office software but also physical capabilities like lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
