Job Requirements

  • US work authorization required
  • ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work overnight shifts approximately 11 PM to 7 AM
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong time management skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • at least 2 years of relevant concierge experience

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of concierge experience preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • extensive knowledge of Fort Lauderdale area including restaurants and local attractions
  • strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in operating required computer equipment
  • knowledge of Opera and HotSOS software preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with other departments

Job Duties

  • Handle wide variety of resident requests with professionalism
  • resolve customer complaints promptly
  • assist customers with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
  • maintain updated local information and vendor contacts
  • process packages, faxes, messages, and mail
  • utilize software to input guest arrangements and ensure proper billing
  • collaborate with Door Staff, Pages, and Valet Parking for smooth resident arrivals and departures
  • support lobby coverage and door duties when needed
