We are currently seeking a dependable overnight receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis during weekend shifts from midnight to 8:00am. This role is critical in maintaining a high level of customer service and safety within the community during overnight hours. The overnight receptionist is responsible for monitoring the front desk and entrances, patrolling the interior to ensure residents' safety, responding promptly to emergencies or issues, answering phone calls, assisting residents as needed, and completing any other assigned tasks with professionalism and care. This position requires someone who is reliable, professional, friendly, and able to independently manage their responsibilities throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will have some experience in office or customer service environments, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people including residents and their families. Having basic computer skills and a valid driver's license are also important for this role. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Monitor the front desk and entrance of the community
- Routinely patrol interior of the community
- Respond and appropriately handle any issues and emergencies that arise
