Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of professional baking experience, preferably in bread, viennoiserie, or pastry production
  • Strong understanding of baking processes, including proofing, fermentation, and lamination (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
