The role of Valet Parking Attendant at Icon Parking in Boston Atlantic presents a unique and rewarding opportunity to become an ambassador of the company’s brand and values. Job Requirements
- 18 years of age
- Active driver’s license
- Must know how to operate a stick shift vehicle
- Able to comprehend and communicate in English
- Ability to lift and move parking equipment as necessary
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Valet industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Team building and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet all customers by name who enter and exit parking facilities using the company name
- Retrieve and park vehicles in a safe, courteous and timely fashion
- Inspect vehicle on arrival for any existing damages
- Promote a high level of customer service by showing a willingness to help and friendly face in a fast paced environment
- Sweep, wipe equipment, counters etc., pick up trash and empty trash, change light bulbs, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
