Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am including weekends
- Previous experience handling fresh and processed meats preferred
- Ability to lift objects frequently up to 30 pounds and occasionally more with assistance
- Capability to maintain cleaning and safety standards
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow company policies
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats preferred
- Knowledge of automatic and hand wrapping machines preferred
- Prior experience in meat and deli departments preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Receive, rotate, wrap and merchandise fresh and processed meats
- Assist in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses
- Provide assistance to members by answering questions and recommending products
- Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the meat department
- Weigh, package, wrap, and label meat, poultry, and seafood cuts
- Inspect and store meat upon delivery ensuring quality standards
- Receive and unpack meat, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and areas in the meat department
- Follow club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
