Job Duties

  • lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan each shift and monitor team performance
  • ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate with the next shift manager to prepare for a great shift
  • meet targets and help departments meet goals
