Job Requirements
- College education or equivalent
- Minimum two years departmental management experience
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws
- Experience handling cash
- Proficiency in English communication
- Computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- College level reasoning, math, and language skills
- Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines
- Time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and lead each department independently
- Ability to comply with employment and innkeeper laws
- Prior cash handling experience
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain safety without posing threats
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operation of rooms and food and beverage outlets including restaurant, lounge, and room service
- Work with other managers to ensure smooth running operation
- Coordinate and monitor loss prevention efforts
- Prepare reports including wage, payroll, revenue, budgeting, and scheduling
- Assist in menu planning and preparation
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health, and sanitary regulations
- Work on floor to assist staff and customers
- Conduct training and cross-training
- Manage guest complaints
- Attend meetings
