Job Requirements

  • minimum 1-2 years of luxury or mid-scale hotel front office experience in supervisory or management capacity
  • front office and/or housekeeping management experience preferred
  • associate's or bachelor's degree from accredited university preferred
  • proficiency in property management systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • valid California driver's license
  • ability to work overnight including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 1-2 years of luxury or mid-scale hotel front office supervisory or management experience
  • front office and/or housekeeping management experience preferred
  • associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality hotel and restaurant management business or related field preferred
  • strong knowledge of front office operations guest service standards and luxury hospitality
  • proficiency in property management systems preferably OPERA or OPERA Cloud
  • excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • strong command of English both written and verbal
  • proven ability to remain composed and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work overnight schedules including weekends holidays
  • valid California driver's license

Job Duties

  • manage and monitor activities of front office employees ensuring adherence to standards and policies
  • direct and oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
  • serve as senior leadership presence on property overnight making sound operational decisions
  • conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness safety and luxury standards
  • manage and direct front desk housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • check accommodations fulfill special requests greet guests and provide escort to accommodations
  • maintain a professional service-oriented environment at all times
