As an Overnight Leader within this McDonald's franchise, you will take on a vital leadership role during the overnight shift. Your primary responsibility will be supervising a team of 4-5 crew members nightly, depending on the day's operational requirements. This leadership role requires a balance of management skills, teamwork, and direct engagement with both staff and customers to ensure seamless operations. You will play an instrumental role in maintaining all standards set by McDonald's as well as Dukart Management, emphasizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout the overnight hours.

The Overnight Leader’s duties will include leading with a hands-on approach to ensure all cleanliness and organizational standards are met to make the restaurant operationally ready for the following day. You will be tasked with actively engaging with guests, fostering a positive environment where each customer’s experience is optimal. This includes addressing customer concerns proactively and ensuring the crew is motivated and aligned with company goals. Collaboration is essential as you will work closely with your team and other managerial staff to achieve daily performance targets and uphold the restaurant’s reputation.

This position is hourly, with competitive pay rates up to $16.50 per hour, reflecting the important level of responsibility involved.
