A strong safety culture is promoted under the guidance of the Overnight Janitorial Supervisor. The role requires training staff on the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safe movement practices, and security protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and protection of client properties. The supervisor is responsible for planning and assigning work schedules to maintain operational efficiency and manage emergency cleaning responses in a timely manner. They must also train staff on ABM’s standard and specialized cleaning methods, proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals, and adherence to SDS and OSHA regulations.
