The role offered at The Laylow is a vital position within the housekeeping department, known as the silent hero supporting the smooth operation and readiness of the team's daily activities. This role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house areas, assisting room attendants by maintaining corridors, public spaces, and linen closets. As a member of the housekeeping support team, this individual will be responsible for multiple areas, including trash removal from guestrooms, cleaning of hallways, stairs, and guest amenities such as hydration stations, and deep cleaning tasks like shampooing carpets in rooms and elevators. Additionally, this role involves replenishing housekeeping supplies, organizing linen closets, and delivering requested items directly to guests, all while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor in guest interactions.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of handling manual labor and prolonged standing

Job Duties
- Remove trash and linens from guestrooms based on standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, stairs, and guest amenities such as nooks and hydration stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, and public areas
- Deep clean assigned areas including shampooing rooms and elevators
- Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request
- Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools
- Greet each guest warmly and professionally
