Job Requirements
- Housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- One year of supervisory experience in a housekeeping setting or other related area
- Strong sense of pride in work
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including bending, lifting, carrying and standing for long periods
- Ability to respond courteously and effectively to guest requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people
- Capability in administrative tasks and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet group B driving requirements
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide daily supervision of room attendants, custodial and housepersons
- Assist executive housekeeper with ensuring standards and safety practices are met
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and incentives
- Train and orient room attendants to meet company standards
- Oversee ongoing coaching and training of staff
- Inspect, clean, and approve rooms as needed
- Perform administrative tasks in support of the executive housekeeper
