The Guest Environment Expert position at Washington Marriott Georgetown is a full-time, non-management role within the Housekeeping and Laundry department. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel, contributing significantly to the guests’ overall experience. This position requires a hands-on approach where moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds is a regular part of the workday.

Success in this role is tied to upholding Marriott’s high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will have the autonomy to engage proactively in your workspace, fulfilling tasks that ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. This includes responding to guest requests promptly and thoroughly, managing inventory and equipment, and maintaining a polished personal appearance and professional communication at all times. The role demands physical stamina, vigilance, attention to detail, and a positive, guest-centered attitude.
