Located in the vibrant Miami Beach, this hotel combines historic charm with contemporary luxury to create a unique guest experience that honors the original visionary concept while introducing modern elements. The new Delano Miami Beach will feature 171 elegantly designed rooms alongside distinct food and beverage concepts that are tailored to meet the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. A standout feature of the hotel is its preservation of the iconic walk-in pool, complemented by the addition of a new pool on an amenity deck that offers breathtaking ocean views. This property will serve as the flagship location of the Delano brand, reaffirming its status as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. The project is a collaborative effort between Ennismore and Cain International, who together are investing in establishing the Delano Miami Beach as a premier destination for discerning travelers worldwide.

The role of Overnight House Attendant at Delano Miami Beach is integral in maintaining the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the hotel during overnight hours. Working under the general supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Overnight House Attendant supports the housekeeping team by performing various duties that uphold the brand’s high standards for cleanliness and guest care. This position demands a proactive approach to ensuring that all assigned tasks are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to a welcoming and pristine environment for guests at all times.

Key responsibilities include assisting Room Attendants by delivering clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping carts, as well as removing soiled linens and waste promptly. The role also involves maintaining housekeeping storage areas, corridors, and public spaces to ensure they are tidy and presentable throughout the night. The Overnight House Attendant will respond quickly to requests from Room Attendants and Supervisors, report any maintenance or safety concerns, and adhere strictly to health, safety, and security protocols. Additionally, the role requires flexibility to support special projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned, and a willingness to perform various related tasks that enhance the overall guest experience. Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms, corridors, and service areas
  • respond promptly to requests from room attendants and housekeeping supervisors
  • ensure public areas and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during rounds to the housekeeping supervisor
  • adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security standards
