Job Duties
- assist room attendants by delivering clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping carts
- remove soiled linens, trash, and debris from guest rooms and common areas in a timely and hygienic manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms, corridors, and service areas
- respond promptly to requests from room attendants and housekeeping supervisors
- ensure public areas and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during rounds to the housekeeping supervisor
- adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security standards
