Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or within commutable distance
  • Minimum one month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend standard English
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time formats
  • Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and handle physical demands of the role
  • Willingness to work overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license applicable to the work location
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to understand and use 24 hour and military time formats
  • Ability to understand rates based on time passed
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
  • Greet guests within five feet using last names and appropriate salutations
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
  • Assist guests with luggage including delivery and pick up
  • Provide guests with directions, taxi assistance, reservations and information about the facility and local attractions
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
  • Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information accurately
  • Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations as required
  • Deliver messages, items and guest amenities upon request
