The role of a full-time overnight Hotel Supervisor at Southland Casino Hotel involves overseeing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, acting as the manager on duty, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively supervise front desk agents and overnight staff, enforce company policies, and maintain high service standards. The hotel supervisor will also be responsible for handling complex or escalated guest situations with professionalism and providing guidance to team members as needed. In addition, they conduct nightly audit functions, including financially reconciling charges and payments, investigating discrepancies, and submitting reports to the Front Office Manager. Coordination with housekeeping, facilities, security, and other departments is crucial to guarantee efficient and smooth operations throughout the hotel.

Job Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in hospitality with front desk experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Previous night audit experience preferred
- Computer literacy in MS Office and property management systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Act as manager on duty overnight, addressing guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges
- Supervise front desk agents and overnight staff to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- Provide guidance and support to associates handling complex or escalated situations
- Communicate shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups to the front office manager
- Perform and oversee nightly audit functions, including reconciliation of charges, payments, and system postings
- Balance all accounts and investigate discrepancies, reporting concerns as needed
- Maintain full knowledge of front office systems, PMS, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities, security, and other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Log maintenance issues, guest incidents, and unusual occurrences
