With more than 18,000 associates, Pyramid’s footprint is vast and varied, encompassing a wide range of properties and brands. The company operates through several specialized divisions including Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, which offers a collection of distinctive independent properties; Axiom Hospitality, its European hotel management arm; and PYRAMIDWORKS, which delivers integrated workplace and facilities services. Headquartered in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London, Pyramid combines global reach with a personalized, hands-on management approach that champions operational excellence, exceptional service, and long-lasting partnerships with property owners.

Pyramid values its associates highly, recognizing that its people lie at the heart of the company’s success. The organization fosters a workplace culture centered on respect, support, and empowerment, enabling team members to thrive and develop professionally. Employees have the chance to collaborate closely with seasoned leaders, undertake challenging assignments that stretch their capabilities, and gain exposure to a diverse and dynamic range of properties, brands, and markets. Whether entering hospitality as a newcomer or bringing substantial industry experience, Pyramid offers meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact.

The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, Texas, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is a flagship property that exemplifies this commitment to excellence. Nestled in the spirit of Aggieland and renowned for its Howdy Hospitality, the hotel features 250 guest rooms, 23 adaptable meeting rooms, and 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space, catering to a broad spectrum of guests and events. Employees at this property are encouraged to embody the Aggie Path of P.R.I.D.E., including Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence, contributing to a distinctive guest experience and positive team environment.

The role of Overnight Hotel Supervisor at this hotel is critical to maintaining high standards of safety, security, guest service, and operational functionality during the overnight hours. This full-time position requires the individual to be a versatile and proactive leader who can make independent decisions, manage a smaller nighttime team, and address a variety of operational needs ranging from guest relations and security to facility maintenance and night audit coordination. With a competitive hourly wage starting at $18 per hour and increasing after 1000 hours worked, the position comes with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and discounts at hotel properties nationwide.

The Overnight Hotel Supervisor serves as the primary leadership presence during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations and exemplary guest service when the majority of corporate and daytime leadership are not onsite. This individual supervises the night audit process, directly interacts with guests to solve problems and service issues, oversees cash handling and financial processes, conducts safety patrols, and coordinates with morning leadership to ensure all shifts operate seamlessly. The position demands a strong working knowledge of night audit procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond calmly and professionally in emergency or high-pressure situations.

Working at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center offers more than just a job; it offers a career path shaped by Pyramid’s dedication to people, operational excellence, and community connection. Employees gain access to extensive training programs designed to enhance hospitality skills and other professional competencies. Additional benefits include 401k with matching contributions, immediate vesting, discounts on pet insurance, supportive wellness programs for employees and their households, and eligibility for tuition reimbursement after one year of service.

Successful candidates must be prepared for the demands of hospitality, including availability for overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak event days at the hotel. The role is integral to Pyramid’s reputation for delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming facilities. By joining Pyramid and the Texas A&M Hotel team, employees become part of an award-winning culture recognized by national and industry accolades for best workplaces and exemplary hospitality service.
