Job Description

Parking Management Company (PMC) is a well-established leader in the parking and hospitality industry, dedicated to providing top-notch services across various urban locations. Our company specializes in managing parking operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Operating with a customer-first approach, PMC delivers exceptional parking solutions that cater to the needs of guests and clients alike, ensuring a seamless experience from entry to exit. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive work environment where employees can grow professionally while contributing to the company’s success.

PMC is currently seeking reliable and attentive individuals to join our Hotel Self-Parking Division as Self-Parking Overnight Lot Auditors. This role is pivotal in maintaining the safety, orderliness, and customer service standards of our parking operations during overnight shifts. Employment opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time schedules, operating primarily between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This position is classified as non-exempt hourly compensated work, allowing eligible employees to receive overtime pay in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

As an Overnight Lot Auditor, your main responsibility is to oversee the parking lot to ensure it remains secure, organized, and guest-friendly throughout the night. This position entails monitoring vehicle activity, verifying tickets and records for accuracy, and maintaining clear documentation. Since you will often be working alone during late hours and frequently outdoors, the role requires a self-motivated individual who has a strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.

In addition to monitoring and record-keeping, the job demands engagement with guests who may have questions or require assistance, requiring strong communication skills and a courteous attitude. Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the lot is also integral, which involves routinely inspecting lighting, signage, parking lines, and other equipment. Reporting any irregularities or safety concerns is essential to uphold the integrity and safety of the facility.

PMC values the professional conduct of its employees, expecting punctuality, adherence to company policies, and a respectful demeanor at all times. The company promotes pay transparency and equity, ensuring fair compensation practices compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Benefits for this role include medical, vision, and dental insurance, supplemental life and critical illness coverage, bonus opportunities, paid training, paid time off, tuition assistance through Belleview University, and access to nationwide employee discounts. PMC is proud to be a military-friendly employer and is committed to equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a role that combines customer service, security, and operational oversight within the hospitality and parking services industry. If you are dependable, attentive, and enjoy working independently during night shifts, the role of Hotel Self-Parking Overnight Lot Auditor at PMC is a great fit. Become part of a company that supports your professional development while contributing to a safe and well-managed parking environment.
