Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- pass a background check
- ability to work overnight shifts from 10 pm to 7 am
- ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- punctuality and professionalism
- willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- experience in customer service is helpful
- friendly and helpful attitude
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to communicate clearly and politely
- ability to work independently during night shifts
- basic report writing skills
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- checking cars and counting vehicles in the parking lot to verify records
- monitoring car activity including entry and exit to ensure proper parking
- verifying that parking tickets correspond with vehicles
- reporting improperly parked vehicles
- documenting shift activities including number of parked cars and any discrepancies
- inspecting the parking lot for safety hazards including lighting and signage
- maintaining cleanliness by ensuring equipment is in good condition and removing trash
- assisting guests with questions and providing clear directions
- adhering to attendance and professional standards
- attending training and completing other assigned tasks
