Hyatt Regency Bellevue is known for its modern amenities, exceptional hospitality, and a prime location that provides convenient access to the dynamic Seattle metropolitan area. With over 730 rooms, this luxury property seamlessly blends comfort, style, and thoughtful guest service, making it a premier destination in the region.

The role of Overnight Hotel Operations Manager at Hyatt Regency Bellevue is a pivotal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the hotel during the overnight shift. A significant aspect of this job entails providing leadership and operational guidance to Night Audit and Front Office teams, ensuring that all overnight operational and financial procedures are executed accurately and effectively. This includes facilitating a seamless transition in leadership between the overnight and morning shifts to maintain continuity of service.

Hyatt Regency Bellevue offers this role as a non-exempt position with a budgeted annual salary range of $80,180 to $82,000, typically entailing 45 work hours per week. The hotel values its workforce and offers comprehensive benefits that include medical coverage starting just 30 days after employment, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans. Additional perks such as tuition reimbursement, uniform services, free parking, and colleague discounts at Hyatt locations further underscore the company’s commitment to employee well-being and development.

Joining Hyatt Regency Bellevue means becoming part of a culture dedicated to caring for its colleagues and guests alike, driven by core values that emphasize respectful service delivery and operational excellence. The company fosters an inclusive and supportive environment where employees are encouraged to enhance their careers while contributing to meaningful guest experiences in a fast-paced and rewarding hospitality setting.
