The Overnight Guest Services Attendant (Part Time) position at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the guest experience during overnight hours. This role is focused on creating a welcoming and engaging arrival experience for guests by efficiently managing valet parking services and assisting with guest luggage. The attendant is responsible for safely parking guests' vehicles in the hotel garage, ensuring careful handling and accurate documentation of each vehicle. In addition to parking duties, the attendant assists with luggage delivery to guest rooms during check-in and retrieves luggage upon departure, maintaining proper records of all movements.
Interacting with guests with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, the Overnight Guest Services Attendant handles inquiries, resolves complaints, and accommodates special requests whenever possible. The position involves close cooperation with the Concierge and Front Desk teams to assist with deliveries, special requests, and other tasks to ensure seamless guest service. Safety and care are paramount, as the attendant drives vehicles while adhering to all traffic regulations and pedestrian priority, monitoring any vehicle damage and recording it appropriately.
The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality business. The attendant will also perform errands that may involve local travel and assist with In Room Dining deliveries and housekeeping items during the overnight shift. This position is highly mobile, demanding physical stamina to lift, carry, and manage luggage and carts throughout the shift.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and be physically active for entire shift
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexibility with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and pull luggage carts
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Work authorization eligibility for employment in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet all guests and deliver luggage to room upon check-in during overnight hours
- Pick up luggage from room upon departure and move luggage to storage or front drive
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and pickups
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests
- Receive vehicles from guests and drive to hotel garage adhering to traffic regulations and safety precautions
- Assess and note any damage to vehicles on claim tickets
- Perform errands for guests and hotel requiring local travel
- Assist with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining and housekeeping items during overnight shift
- Comply with company work rules and standards of conduct
- Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
