The organization is currently hiring for the position of Overnight Guest Services and Safety Manager (Manager on Duty) at its Wonder Valley Ranch Resort. This is a full-time, overnight (graveyard shift) role offering an hourly wage ranging from $22 to $25, depending on experience. This position is crucial for maintaining the operational excellence and guest satisfaction of the resort during the overnight hours. The Overnight Guest Services and Safety Manager operates as the on-site leader after hours, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and that all resort functions flow smoothly even when other departments are not active. This role requires a dependable, service-oriented professional who can work independently and confidently make decisions that enhance the guest experience and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities include handling guest check-in and check-out after hours, managing reservations, answering calls with professionalism, conducting property patrols, coordinating with security for events, overseeing event setups, inspecting facilities for maintenance needs, balancing cash transactions, and communicating important updates to incoming daytime management. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or event venues
- strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- ability to work overnight shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work overtime as required

- ability to perform physical activities including walking the property and light lifting

Job Duties
- Serving as the on-site manager on duty during overnight shifts
- handling after-hours guest check-in/check-out and reservations as needed
- answering and routing incoming guest calls with professional phone etiquette
- resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
- conducting routine property patrols to ensure safety and security
- coordinating with security staff during events when applicable
- overseeing overnight hotel and resort operations
- completing meeting room and event setup transitions, including furniture movement
- inspecting vacant rooms and facilities
- reporting maintenance or housekeeping issues
- shutting down utilities in unused areas to support cost control efforts
- balancing cash banks and handling register transactions
- communicating overnight activity and key updates to incoming management and front desk teams
