The role of the Night Guest Experience Agent at Faena is pivotal in upholding the high standards and luxe appeal associated with the brand. As a frontline ambassador during the overnight hours, this position assumes responsibility for the full spectrum of the guest's nocturnal experience — from check-in and managing special guest requests to ensuring that every detail of their stay is handled with precision and warmth. Collaborating closely with Front Office teams and various departments throughout the resort, the Night Guest Experience Agent acts as a key orchestrator of guest services and communications. They are expected to maintain in-depth knowledge of resort operations, scheduled daily activities, in-house groups, and special requests to provide seamless and personalized service to each guest.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Proficiency in use of computers and office equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain professional and courteous demeanor under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in advanced computer literacy and software packages including account management software, Microsoft Word, Lotus, and Excel
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Maintain complete knowledge of all resort guests, scheduled daily activities, in-house groups, resort extension numbers, beeper number/radios carried by resort personnel, all special requests, hours of operation of each outlet, features and services provided by the resort
- Responsible for immediate acknowledgement of all guests and assisting them throughout the lobby and reception area with all requests including registration, check-out, special requests, preferences and itinerary
- Use advanced computer literacy to create and merge form documents, create mailing lists and labels using various software packages including account management software, Microsoft Word, Lotus, and Excel
- Operate business machines including facsimile, 10-key calculator, copiers and printers
- Provide additional administrative assistance as directed
