Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior front desk or customer service experience
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • familiarity with hotel management software advantageous
  • residency or previous work experience in New York preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front office experience
  • excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • familiarity with Opera and Micros systems preferred
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • experience working in a luxury hotel environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Register guests upon arrival and process departures efficiently
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • manage overnight front desk operations ensuring security and guest safety
  • maintain detailed logs and reports of nightly activities
  • provide information about hotel services and local attractions
