Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in guest services, front desk or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
  • Understanding of financial and operational goals
  • Willingness to work full time
