The community prides itself on exceptional service, professional staff, and a commitment to fostering a close-knit atmosphere where families and residents feel valued and cared for.
This exciting opportunity is for the position of Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate on a part-time basis, specifically covering weekend evening to early morning shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. from Friday to Sunday, with additional PRN (as-needed) shifts available. The role is crucial in creating a positive initial impression for residents, guests, families, and vendors as the welcoming face of the community. The Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate will be responsible for greeting visitors warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining the safety and security of all public and common areas within the community.
In this multifaceted role, employees will monitor access to the community ensuring authorized entries and providing assistance to residents and their families. They will also support the sales and marketing teams by managing inquiries efficiently and assisting with guest and employee meal ticket sales. In addition, the role encompasses essential safety duties such as monitoring emergency calls, fire alarms, and responding according to established procedures, as well as performing security surveillance to prevent suspicious or criminal activities.

Physical requirements include the ability to work for extended periods, sometimes climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
