The Overnight Front Desk Concierge position is a critical role within Radkin Concierge, serving as the main point of contact during the overnight shift. This role involves overseeing building security protocols, assisting residents, guests, and authorized vendors, and managing access control throughout the night. The key responsibilities include monitoring the lobby presence, surveillance cameras, doors, and access points to ensure safety and smooth operations. The position demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to address inquiries, manage check-ins, and handle deliveries efficiently.

In addition to security duties, the Overnight Front Desk Concierge must maintain accurate logs of all overnight activities, document any incidents, and escalate emergencies or suspicious activities according to established procedures. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, creating a professional environment aligned with Radkin Luxury Hospitality Standards. This position requires completing daily and weekly tasks from an operations checklist to support overall property management and resident experience.

Successful candidates should be comfortable using technology such as tablets, apps, digital forms, and access control systems, ensuring efficient and secure operations. The role requires someone with a reliable, punctual, respectful, and professional demeanor, who can stay alert and focused throughout overnight hours. Previous experience in concierge, hotel front desk, security, or building operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Duties

  • Monitor lobby presence, cameras, doors, and access points to ensure safety overnight
  • answer calls, emails, and assist residents and guests professionally and promptly
  • manage guest/vendor check-ins and verify ID when applicable
  • document all overnight activity in shift logs accurately prior to end of shift
  • ensure packages or deliveries are properly logged and secured if applicable
  • maintain clean, organized, quiet, and professional lobby environment
  • escalate emergencies, property issues, and suspicious activity per SOP protocols
  • complete assigned overnight tasks from operations checklist (daily/weekly)
  • provide customer service aligned with Radkin Luxury Hospitality Standards
  • maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy at all times
