Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • prior concierge, hotel front desk, security, or building operations experience preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • reliable, punctual, respectful, and professional demeanor
  • able to stay alert and focused during overnight shift hours
  • comfortable with technology (tablets, apps, forms, logs, access control systems)

Job Qualifications

  • Prior concierge, hotel front desk, security, or building operations experience preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills

  • able to stay alert and focused during overnight shift hours
  • comfortable with technology (tablets, apps, forms, logs, access control systems)

Job Duties

  • Monitor lobby presence, cameras, doors, and access points to ensure safety overnight
  • answer calls, emails, and assist residents and guests professionally and promptly
  • manage guest/vendor check-ins and verify ID when applicable
  • document all overnight activity in shift logs accurately prior to end of shift
  • ensure packages or deliveries are properly logged and secured if applicable
  • maintain clean, organized, quiet, and professional lobby environment
  • escalate emergencies, property issues, and suspicious activity per SOP protocols
  • complete assigned overnight tasks from operations checklist (daily/weekly)
  • provide customer service aligned with Radkin Luxury Hospitality Standards
  • maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy at all times
