Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- prior concierge, hotel front desk, security, or building operations experience preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- reliable, punctual, respectful, and professional demeanor
- able to stay alert and focused during overnight shift hours
- comfortable with technology (tablets, apps, forms, logs, access control systems)

Job Duties
- Monitor lobby presence, cameras, doors, and access points to ensure safety overnight
- answer calls, emails, and assist residents and guests professionally and promptly
- manage guest/vendor check-ins and verify ID when applicable
- document all overnight activity in shift logs accurately prior to end of shift
- ensure packages or deliveries are properly logged and secured if applicable
- maintain clean, organized, quiet, and professional lobby environment
- escalate emergencies, property issues, and suspicious activity per SOP protocols
- complete assigned overnight tasks from operations checklist (daily/weekly)
- provide customer service aligned with Radkin Luxury Hospitality Standards
- maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy at all times
