Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred
- valid Texas Driver's License required
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- good judgment and attention to detail
- proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel
- understanding of HIPAA requirements
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
