Job Description

W Hotels is a vibrant and innovative luxury hotel brand under Marriott International, renowned globally for redefining the standards of luxury and exceptional guest experiences. Situated at 10455 NE 5th Pl, Bellevue, Washington, this location embodies the brand's philosophy of combining a harmonious spirit with creative energy to awaken curiosity and expand the worlds of those who visit. W Hotels aims to offer a unique lifestyle experience where guests are invited to not only enjoy their stay but to actively engage in a world filled with inspiring new faces and experiences. The hotel’s core culture, inspired by the Whatever/Whenever service philosophy, empowers team members to deliver personalized, anticipatory, and memorable service that fulfills the passions and needs of each guest.

We are currently hiring full-time Guest Experience Experts who will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and elevated guest interactions in this prestigious hotel setting. This non-management position offers an hourly pay of $28.20 and primarily focuses on overnight shifts, with open availability being a preferred attribute. As a Guest Experience Expert at W Hotels, your responsibilities will not only include the smooth check-in and check-out procedures but also extend to creating distinctive and unforgettable guest experiences that make each visit extraordinary. You will be empowered to take the initiative in providing a wide range of services that guide and assist guests throughout their stay, from addressing requests and maintaining detailed reports to suggesting local events and attractions that enhance the guest’s overall experience.

The role requires being active and engaged, involving standing, sitting, and walking for long periods, as well as handling moderate physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds without assistance. Your ability to consistently perform these essential duties with precision contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the smooth functioning of the hotel. Beyond daily tasks, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company standards and procedures, protecting company assets, and safeguarding guest confidentiality are fundamental. Every interaction is viewed as an opportunity to add value and create an exceptional environment that guests will remember.

W Hotels values diversity and inclusiveness, fostering a workplace culture where all team members feel welcome and respected. This commitment extends to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. Full-time roles come with a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, adoption assistance, employee assistance programs, retirement savings plans such as 401(k), stock purchase plans, travel discounts, and childcare discounts, all subject to eligibility and terms. Additionally, employees in Washington can accrue paid sick leave, paid time off, and enjoy a minimum of seven paid holidays annually.

Joining W Hotels means becoming part of a global family under Marriott International's portfolio, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and fulfilling one’s purpose within a supportive, energetic, and evolving team. You will be inspired to bring your best self to work every day and contribute to a demanding yet rewarding atmosphere that celebrates innovation, originality, and the endless possibilities of the future.
