The Guest Experience Expert is entrusted with a range of responsibilities that include guiding guests throughout their stay, addressing operational needs, handling guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights to enhance the guest experience. The position favors candidates with an open availability schedule, preferably willing to work overnight shifts to accommodate guest needs around the clock.

The JW Marriott associate experience is designed to cultivate community, camaraderie, and personal growth. Associates receive extensive training, development opportunities, and recognition, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, parental leave, adoption reimbursements, and educational assistance. Additionally, full-time employees earn paid sick leave and holiday benefits specific to Washington State, further enhancing work-life balance and job satisfaction.

By joining Marriott International and the JW Marriott brand, associates gain not only a fulfilling career path but also become part of a global legacy committed to delivering "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." Marriott International’s dedication to taking care of its associates first ensures that employees can deliver exceptional service that resonates with guests from around the world.
