The Front Desk Receptionist role at Four Seasons Houston is crucial in creating a memorable first impression for all guests. This full-time position is primarily overnight and requires a candidate with open availability, including holidays and weekends. The receptionist acts as the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for providing impeccable service during guest check-in, throughout their stay, and at departure. The individual in this role will respond promptly and accurately to guest requests, resolve complaints, and personalize interactions to meet or exceed Four Seasons service standards. Job Requirements

  • Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent
  • one plus years experience in luxury hotel or similar customer service environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
  • availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • assists guests in inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, and directions
  • responds to all guest requests promptly and accurately both in person and by phone
  • resolves guest complaints and finds opportunities to personalize and recognize the service experience for all guests
