We are currently seeking a Steward to join our dynamic restaurant team. The role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all food preparation and dining areas. In the fast-paced, non-stop environment of Starwood Hotels’ restaurant life, Stewards play a vital role ensuring that every utensil, glass, and dish is absolutely sparkling. The position demands physical work, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to food safety and storage practices.
As a Steward, you will be part of a vibrant and innovative kitchen team known for pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity. Our team values consideration, thoughtfulness, and collaboration—qualities crucial for maintaining an efficient workflow and supporting our chefs and service staff. The role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation, ensuring seamless service throughout the day and night.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or kitchen environment
- physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- willingness to work in a 24-hour operation
- basic communication skills in English
- commitment to teamwork and reliability

Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards of food storage and safety
- manage recycling processes effectively
- ensure all utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sparkling
- clean and sanitize dishes, glasses, and kitchen tools
- support the kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness in work areas
- assist in organizing dishwashing schedules
- contribute to maintaining a tidy and orderly kitchen environment
