The franchisee holds the license to use McDonalds branding and food products but operates as a separate company and employer. This means all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee, ensuring a localized and individually tailored work environment. McDonalds USA does not influence the hiring process or employee relations for this position, which is based on overnight shifts from Friday through Sunday in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant setting.

Job Requirements

- reliable transportation to and from work
