The position available is a full-time, non-management Culinary position working the overnight shift at the hotel’s food and beverage department. This role is designed for culinary enthusiasts eager to enhance their skills and grow within the hospitality industry. As a Culinary team member, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, cooking food per menu standards, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet the brand's high expectations. The job requires meticulous attention to hygiene and cleanliness standards, safe and responsible use of kitchen equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to creating delicious dishes that excite guests and contribute to their memorable dining experiences, reinforcing the hotel’s reputation for top-tier culinary offerings. The position demands physical stamina, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods, with a requirement to maintain a professional appearance and uniform. Job Duties
