The Overnight Cook role at Four Seasons Scottsdale is integral to the seamless operation of the kitchen during overnight hours. This position demands a highly motivated and skilled individual capable of managing food preparation and cooking duties in the late-night and early-morning shifts. Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and production needs
- Set up stock and break down assigned cooking stations for overnight service
- Complete overnight prep tasks including proteins vegetables sauces and batch items for upcoming shifts
- Maintain proper food handling sanitation and storage practices at all times
- Monitor food quality temperature and presentation during overnight service
- Clean and sanitize workstations equipment and kitchen areas throughout the shift
- Follow all health department safety and company policies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory shortages equipment issues and overnight needs
- Support morning transition by ensuring stations are organized labeled and ready for opening staff
