Their full-time Concierge role available for the overnight shift from Friday to Monday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, represents a critical position within their team.
The Concierge position at WRMC is designed for a polished, service-driven professional who excels in fast-paced, high-touch environments especially within luxury multifamily residential settings. This role involves being the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors during overnight hours, serving as a welcoming presence and a trusted source of assistance. The Concierge will be responsible for managing building access, ensuring security protocols are followed, and handling various resident needs with discretion and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include greeting and providing outstanding service to residents and visitors, efficiently managing check-ins for guests and authorized vendors, and assisting residents with their inquiries and requests. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting resident privacy is paramount, along with responding appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns by escalating issues when necessary.
Additionally, the Concierge will log activities, packages, and deliveries accurately using the BuildingLink system and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting ideas to enhance the resident experience. The role also emphasizes fostering strong resident relations through timely follow-ups and resolution of issues, thereby reinforcing the community’s sense of security and satisfaction.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality, luxury residential services, or concierge operations who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work independently, and professional judgment combined with a calm and solution-oriented approach. Comfort with technology and property management systems is also necessary, as is flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently
- Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems
- Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
