Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- able to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willing to occasionally travel to other properties for support, training, or meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- familiarity with community management software is a plus
- ability to work independently during overnight shifts and maintain professionalism
- knowledge of local area resources and vendor contacts
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
- maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
- manage and coordinate the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
- assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
