Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able and willing to work overnight hours typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Reliable transportation during overnight shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks for entire shifts
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Cleaning or housekeeping experience helps but is not required
- Able and willing to work overnight or graveyard shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work during overnight hours
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical cleaning work for a full shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to finish work on time
- Able to follow directions and work alone when needed
- Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
Job Duties
- Deep clean common areas, lobbies, event spaces, and work areas at night
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, and shared spaces
- Strip, scrub, and buff floors, and complete carpet care as scheduled
- Restock carts and supplies so the day team is ready
- Remove trash and take waste to the right disposal area
- Report damage, repairs, or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Follow safety rules for chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Complete nightly checklists and record finished work
- Work well alone and with a small crew
