Job Requirements
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in public areas
- basic maintenance skills including minor repairs such as changing light bulbs or unclogging toilets
- good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly
- availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related role preferred but not required
- ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards

Job Duties
- Provide professional and courteous service at all times
- clean and maintain all public areas including restrooms, storage spaces, and administrative areas
- perform deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning carpets, elevators, gyms, stairwells, and meeting spaces
- run supplies and service items to guest rooms upon request
- collect soiled linens and replenish linen supplies in designated areas
- remove trash from public and back-of-house areas
- clean outside areas including parking lots and arrival zones
- perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, door locks, and unclogging toilets
- salt sidewalks and check for unregistered vehicles in the parking lot, reporting to the night auditor as needed
- walk the floors every two hours to report unsafe items or issues in public areas
