- Basic maintenance skills including minor repairs such as changing light bulbs or unclogging toilets
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Provide professional and courteous service at all times
- Clean and maintain all public areas including restrooms storage spaces and administrative areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning carpets elevators gyms stairwells and meeting spaces
- Run supplies and service items to guest rooms upon request
- Collect soiled linens and replenish linen supplies in designated areas
- Remove trash from public and back-of-house areas
- Clean outside areas including parking lots and arrival zones
- Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs door locks and unclogging toilets
- Salt sidewalks and check for unregistered vehicles in the parking lot reporting to the night auditor as needed
- Walk the floors every two hours to report unsafe items or issues in public areas
