Joining ResCare Community Living as a caregiver means embracing a role that goes beyond routine assistance. This full-time position entails working overnight shifts from Monday to Thursday, from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., based at the Garland, TX site. The caregiver plays an essential role in assisting individuals with personal hygiene, managing behavioral challenges, and supporting complex needs with compassion and patience. The role ensures that participants engage in community activities, develop skills related to budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness. Caregivers cultivate meaningful relationships with those they support while operating with trust and empowerment from leadership to do what is best for the participants.
